PURPOSE:To hold a conference service that is free from collision of data by simultaneously outgoings from a plural terminals by controlling the outgoing right according to a outgoing status information of voice. CONSTITUTION:When there is not outgoing of voice from all of three compoiste terminals 1a, 1b and 1c, a priority data control device 6 controls so that the first data transmission is as valid and data outgoings from other terminals are as invalidunitl the first data transmission is terminated. When a plural composite terminals 1a and 1b are in transmission of voices, a switch 9 is set as off and a status is that two data transmission from each composite terminal 1a and 1b are permitted to transmit. At this stage, when the composite terminal 1a startsthe data transmission first among these two composite terminals 1a and 1b, the data transmission from this terminals is set only as valid and the data transmission from the composite terminal 1b is set as invalid until the data transmission from the composite terminal is is terminated. |
