STORAGE OF VEGETABLE AND FRUIT

PURPOSE:Vegetables are stored at low temperatures in an atmosphere of high humidity whereby they are prevented from whithering. CONSTITUTION:The refrigerator is composed of a storage chamber 3 with breathing pores 2 on the lower part, a water pan 4 for feeding moisture which is set beneath the storage chamber 3 and the porous shelf 6 for placing vegetables 5 thereon.
