PURPOSE:To make an angle display section of a bed easy to view, by arranging a rotating shaft arranged in the same direction as a rotating shaft for reclining, a conical rotor, a weight and an indicating section. CONSTITUTION:A conical rotor 21 is always maintained with a lap 22 in a fixed direction with respect to the gravity way. When a reclining bed 1 is reclined, the angle of reclining can be learned by the graduation of an indication line 24a on a transparent indication plate 24 to be tilted with the bed 1. In other words, the shaft 26 of the rotor 21 is so arranged in the same direction as a turning shaft of the bed 1 that the top surface of the graduation display surface is tilted upward when the bed 1 is level while a weight 22 is provided to always maintain the direction from top to bottom constant regardless of the reclining of the bed 1. Thus, the angle of reclining can be learned by the indication line 24a on the indication plate 24. In addition, the angle indicator section provide an angle easy to view even at a low position to facilitate the determining of the angle of reclining.
