PURPOSE:To increase the residence time of a combustion gas and to improve the heat transfer efficiency to a pan by providing curved kettle holder claws which forms hot air from burner flame formed at the outer peripheral part of an annular burner head in a burner 1 into a vortex flow. CONSTITUTION:Hot air of a burner flame (a) formed at the outer peripheral part of an annular burner head 2 is guided by curved kettle holder claws 3 and is formed into a divergent vortex flow. Further, since the kettle holder claws 3 assume a curved shape meeting the vortex, the vortex hot air from the burner flame (a) together with the guidance of the kettle holder claws 3, forms a divergent shape. Therefore, it results in increasing the residence time of the combustion gas and improving the heat transfer efficiency to the pan. |
