PURPOSE:To make it possible to set and read a transmitting original even during a reception and to transmit automatically it by providing a memory means that keeps temporarily transmitting/receiving data and also executing a process so as not to coexist a transmission with a reception. CONSTITUTION:A memory 2 is installed in an equipment and the memory 2 stores temporally transmission data and receiving data. A transmission cycle S is separated to S1 and S2 and a receiving cycle R is separated to R1 and R2. S2 has a function that reads a transmitting original and stores the read out data at the memory and S2 has a function that reads transmitting data from the memory and transmits them. R1 has a function that stores receiving data at the memory and R2 has a function that reads the receiving data from the memory and, records and outputs picture data made from them. An accessing competition to the memory 2 is controlled by a control part 3. Therefore, as shown at diagrams (b)-(d), even in case of the competition of transmission with reception, there is no problem in (b) and (c) and in case of (d), S2 and R2 can be simultaneously executed following by executing R1 first and delaying S2.
