PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction in a gas transmitting flow amount, by forming a silicone oil film to the surface of a gas permselective membrane. CONSTITUTION:A composite membrane, wherein a silicone copolymer, 4- methylpentene and polyphenylene oxide are formed to a prous support 1 comprising polypropylene as a gas permselective membrane 2, is used. The silicone oil membrane 3, which was formed by developing silicone oil such as methylhydrodiene polysiloxane or dimethylsilicone oil on the surface of water, is formed on the composite membrane. By this method, the adhesion of dust to the pinhole part of the composite membrane is sealed by the oil membrane 3 or, even if there is the adhesion of dust, air permeability is held by the flowability of the oil membrane.
