PURPOSE:To mount a surface stably with high reliability by forming a recessed section in a central region in the end surface of a header section in an electrode for mounting the surface. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 1 is shaped by header-machining a wire such as a dummet wire, and consists of a shaft section 2 and a header section 3 having a large diameter. A recessed section 4 having a V-shaped section is formed in a central region in the end surface of the header section 3. The recessed section 4 is shaped, thus uniformly dispersing a material corresponding to the volume of the recessed section 4, then equally forming the thickness and diameter of the header section 3 as a whole. |
