PURPOSE:To increase output sound pressure level in a piezoelectric vibrator formed by attaching a metallic diaphragm to a piezoelectric ceramic by constituting the metallic diaphragm of a metallic mesh having 100-400 uniform openings per square inch. CONSTITUTION:A metallic diaphragm 3 is constituted with the metallic mesh having 100-400 uniform openings per square inch. Thereby, the size of openings can be made properly small, and the joining area of the piezoelectric ceramic 1 and an adhesive can also be made small to some extent, and the lowering of the bending vibration of the whole piezoelectric vibrator can be held down to low. As the joining area of the piezoelectric ceramic 1 and the metallic vibrator 3 can be made properly small, the reaction force generation in the metallic mesh when the piezoelectric vibrator makes bending vibration can be made small, and the lowering of the bending vibration of the whole piezoelectric vibrator can be held down to low. |
