PURPOSE:To obtain a comfortable mixed water throughout the year without changing temperature setting by providing an outside air sensor and determining a hot water temperature set value in accordance with the detected temperature of this sensor to mix hot water and cold water. CONSTITUTION:A hot water flow passage 1 and a cold water flow passage 2 are provided, and a mixing valve 3 which adjusts a mixture ratio of hot water to cold water is provided to supply the mixed water of a desired temperature by a driver 4. In accordance with a control sequence for obtaining this mixed water, a temperature corresponding to the outside air temperature is discriminated in a controller 7 by the detection signal detected by an outside air temperature sensor 6, and the mixing valve 3 is adjusted through the driver 4 so that this discriminated temperature is equal to the detected temperature of a hot water temperature sensor 5. Thus, the set temperature set by a hot water temperature setter 8 is adjusted finely to increase the comfortableness. |
