PURPOSE:To make a positioning device compact, by fitting a bearing in a center yoke. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 6 is fitted in a center yoke 3, and a slider 5 is inserted into the center yoke, and a movable coil 2 is directly connected to the slider 5 to be supported together. By fitting the bearing 6 in the center yoke 3 for a voice coil type linear motor in this manner, a wide space for the guide section 4 is not needed and the structure is compacted. Accordingly, a positioning device is compacted. |
