PURPOSE:To reduce the size and to improve the assembling efficiency of an inverter device by disposing a smoothing condenser near an inverter and connecting the positive and negative polarity terminals of the condenser and inverter by a copper plate. CONSTITUTION:An inverter 4 is disposed near a smoothing condenser 3. The positive and negative terminals of the condenser 3 and the inverter 4 are connected by a copper plate 34, and a rectifier 2 and the condenser 3 are connected by wiring 33. Since the condenser 3 and the inverter 4 are disposed in the vicinity and connected by the plate 34, floating inductance of both decreases to suppress the generation of a surge voltage.
