PURPOSE:To solve problems in on-line processing and off-line processing by obtaining information stored in a central processing unit basing on information of the second information recording section. CONSTITUTION:Information read by a reading writing device 21 is sent to an error detecting and correcting device 22. After detection and correction of errors of codes are made, the information is sent to a terminal processing device 23 that controls the whole terminal equipment 20. At this time, information as to whether there are uncorrectable errors is also sent to the device 23. A key inputting device 24 is for inputting of secret code number and designation of a sum to be drawn out, and signals from the device 24 are sent to the device 23. A display unit 25 is for displaying various instructions to users and a sum etc. according to signals sent from the device 23. A cash handling device 26 is for putting out cash of designated amount to a specified cash outlet according to signals sent from the device 23. |
