PURPOSE:To enhance the mounting efficiency of armature windings and lower coil resistance, by forming single coils for armature windings dividing them into clockwise winding coils and anticlockwise winding coils. CONSTITUTION:A coil wire coming out of the segment C1 of a commutator is introduced into the segment C9 through a clock-wise winding coil L1 and an anti-clockwise winding coil L1'. A coil wire coming out of the segment C9 is introduced into the segment C17 through a clockwise winding coil L2 and an anti-clockwise winding coil L2'. After that, in the same repetitious wind ing way, a coil wire coming out of the final commutator segment C16 returns to the starting segment C1 from a clockwise winding coil L23 and an anti-clock wise winding coil L23'. In this manner, single coils are divided into clockwise winding coils L1, L2, L3... and anti-clockwise winding coils L1', L2', L3'..., and so the mounting efficiency of armature windings can be enhanced. |
