PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of disk return operation, by monitoring the feed operation of a disk, detecting and correcting a position deviation between a disk feed position and a housing position generated during feed operation. CONSTITUTION:After ending the positioning of the disk shift mechanism section against a disk housing section, the disk shift mechanism section starts the feed operation of the disk. Then, keeping pace with this disk feed operation, a control circuit 51 monitors whether the return address deviation is generated or not on the basis of the output of a sensor for address recognition 46, and in case of the return address is deviated by some disturbnace, a shift command is outputted to the disk shift mechanism section until the address information stored matches with the present address information read by the sensor 46. When ending this operation, the output of central position sensors S1 and S2 is input to the circuit 51, and after it is recognized and judged as central position information, it is supplied as minute shift command against a motor for shift 43. |
