PURPOSE:To improve the bubble transmission characteristic, by substituting a part of bad characteristic for the 90 deg. corner among the 180 deg. corner to connect two linear transmission channels. CONSTITUTION:A minor loop 12 is provided between a swap gate 10 and a replicated gate 11 to store the information. Then, in case >=4 linear transmission channels which are different in bubble transmission direction are provided in the minor loop 12, among the 180 deg. corners to connect two linear transmission channels, a part of bad characteristic is substituted for the 90 deg. corners 15 and 16. As this result, the 180 deg. corner is eliminated and the improvement of the bubble transmission characteristic is obtained.
