PURPOSE:To improve the transmission and detection capacity of a bubble with a simple constitution, by forming a soft magnetic thin film for bubble detection in the form to help the transmission of stripe magnetic domain. CONSTITUTION:On a bubble crystal 11 on a substrate 10, a soft magnetic thin film detector 14 with conductor pattern 13 for pullour at both ends is installed through a spacer 12. Further, on it, a soft magnetic pattern 16 for transmission and an insulation film 17 for passivation are installed through an insulation layer 15. In this case, the detector 14 has a form to help the transmission in the stripe magnetic domain of serpentine type, Nelson type, fish bone type, etc. the same as the detector form of transmission pattern level.
