PURPOSE:To facilitate change of a system by comparing a synchronous word pattern held beforehand with data in a memory area and deciding establishment of synchronism and processing input serial data as data of data word. CONSTITUTION:When serial data are inputted to a shift buffer area 52 of specified word length, a processor 54 compares a synchronous word pattern 53 held beforehand with data in a shift buffer area 52 and decides establishment of synchronism. When establishment of synchronism is decided thus, and a synchronism establishment flag is set, inputted serial data are processed as data of data word. If the synchronism establishment flag 55 is not set, the processor stores data of 1 bit taken in in a specified area in a RAM as word and prepares for succeeding processing. |
