ASSEMBLING DEVICE FOR DOUBLE AZIMUTH HEAD OF VIDEO TAPE RECORDER

PURPOSE:To increase the picture contrast and also to facilitate an easy position control job by attaching a reflecting plate which turns down to a sucking pin which sucks the surface side of a head core. CONSTITUTION:The sucking pins 210 and 210' have pierced holes drilled in the axial direction. These holes link the suction pumps (not shown here) via tubes 215 and 215' respectively. The contacts are secured between the lower end faces of pins 210 and 210' and a head core for drive of those suction pumps. Thus the head core can be attached to or detached from the lower end faces of both sucking pins. The reflecting plates 217 and 217' are attached to the pins 210 and 210' respectively. These plates 217 and 217' contain holes 217a and 217a' for pins 210 and 210' respectively and are attached to pins 210 and 210'. In this case, the reflecting surface sides of both reflecting plates are turned down.
