PURPOSE:To enable miniaturization and automatic assembly by forming plural conductive routes each connected to a pair of both electrodes formed in two rows of plural electrodes on a surface. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 4a-4f and 5a-5f are formed on an insulation substrate 3. The terminal electrodes 6a, 6b are integrally formed with the electrodes 4a, 5a respectively. The conductive routes 8a-8f connect the electrodes 4a-4f and the electrodes 5f-5a. A magnetic material 9 is fixed on the insulation substrate 3 with adhesives 10 crossing the conductive routes 8a-8f. Conductive wires 11a-11e connect the electrodes 4b-4f and the electrodes 5f-5b. An inductance device forms a coil component between the electrodes 4a and 5a. A miniaturized one to such an extent which cannot be made with winding technique can be manufactured with automatic assembly since manufacturing by such as wire bonding is possible. |
