PURPOSE:To display the number of recorded tracks on a floppy with simple constitution by providing a means, which a mark corresponding to the number of recorded tracks is entered, on a housing of a still video floppy. CONSTITUTION:A rear cover 2 which is opened by turning counterclockwise with a pair of hinges 2a as fulcrums is provided on the rear face of a camera 1; and when the rear cover is closed by clockwise turning after a still video floppy 10 is loaded, the floppy 10 is connected to a driving system of the camera 1 and is set to the photographable state. A pen head 5 is supported on the rear cover 2 through a threaded rod 4, and a label 20 is stuck onto a housing package of the floppy 10. Each time pictures are recorded on one track of a magnetic disc of the floppy 10, a pulse current is supplied to a motor 8, and the rotation angle of the motor 8 is decelerated by a gear 6 to feed a prescribed extent of movement corresponding to one track to the pen head, and a pen 5a enters a line having a prescribed length on the label 20. The length of this line indicates the number of recorded tracks.
