PURPOSE:To expand the display of a calendar and to reduce the whole size and thickness of a clock by inverting and twisting a tape and connecting both the ends of the tape to form a loop and use the loop as a tape for a clock calendar. CONSTITUTION:The tape constituting the loop of the clock calendar is inverted and twisted to connect both the ends. In an example of application, margines 1 and 2 in a table are opposed and connected to form a date loop. Consequently, the 16th day follows the 15th day and 1st day follows the 31th day. When the loop is turned in the direction increasing the date successively while observing the loop from one side, a display mechanism infinitely repeating from the 1st day to the 31th day, i.e. calendar, can be obtained. Since the surface and back of the tape are uselessly used, the tape is not expanded even if the size of numerals is increased, so that a resource and spaces are saved, the display of the calendar can be increased and the size and thickness of the whole clock can be reduced. |
