<p>PURPOSE:To enable gear from being changed to another with little creation of shock throughout gear shift operation by setting power transmitting time as to be according to the demanded oil supply with an inching valve inoperational. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a proportional valve controller 31 which controls a proportional valve V2 and there are also provided a primary sensor 43 which detects gear speed position by an operating valve V1, and a secondary sensor 33 which detects power transmission cut-off operation with respect to the inching valve V3. Based on information from both the sensors 32 and 33, with the inching valve V3 inoperational, the proportional valve V2 is adjusted for opening as that the modulation function which has a vehicle start at a slow speed may be optimum in each of gear positions. Comfortable and safety speed change without giving a shock to a driver can be accomplished quickly.</p> |
