PURPOSE:To enable the work of mounting leads at the time of building a piezoelectric element to the outer case, and to contrive to unnecessitate the work of sealing the lead mount for preventing the outflow of adhesive, by a method wherein one end of a lead is sandwiched between the pressing elastic piece and the receiver metal. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element 13, a receiver metal 14 abutting against its one end, and a butting metal 15 abutting against the other end of the element 13 are encased in the outer case 18. A pressing elastic piece 16 that presses the element 13, receiver metal 14, and butting metal 15 is located between the inner wall of this outer case 18 and the receiver metal 14; then, lead 17 guiding high voltage by being sandwiched at one end between this elastic piece 16 and the receiver metal 14 and an adhesive 19 for insulating the piezoelectric element which fills the inside of the outer case 18 are provided. |
