PURPOSE:To prevent the protrusion for the luminance signal of the transporting chrominance components and to suppress the deterioration of the picture quality due to the color bleeding by separating transporting chrominance components mainly by a band-pass filter at the time of dubbing. CONSTITUTION:At the usual recording, a change-over switch 17 is connected to an A side, and a transporting chrominance component is separated by a comb-line filter 2 and a band-pass filter 10. On the other hand, at the time of the dubbing, since the switch is connected to a B side, the comb-line filter 2 hardly separates the chrominance component signal, and the transporting chrominance components are separated only by the band-pass filter 10. When the luminance signal of the present picture image signal SV is Y, a transporting chrominance component is C, the luminance signal of the video signal SV before 1H is YD and a transporting chrominance component is CD, the signal obtained by a subtracter 5 goes to be a Y-YD+C-CD, and to the fixed terminal at the A side of a change-over switch 17, the signal (Y-YD+C-CD)/2 is supplied, and to the fixed terminal at the B side, the signal Y+C is supplied. Consequently, the transporting chrominance component C is obtained as the output of the band-pass filter 10, and the protrusion for the luminance signal can be prevented.
