PURPOSE:To simplify easily the output voltage of a high voltage transformer by dividing the DC voltage of a controlling power supply which is proportional to a DC power supply at the primary side via a Zener diode and a resistance to obtain a duty ratio control voltage, and controlling the open/close of a switching element. CONSTITUTION:When the duty ratio control voltage VDT is applied to a terminal (-) of a pulse generating circuit 7, the control power supply voltage VA proportional to the AC voltage ea is divided via resistances R1-R4 and a Zener diode ZD1. Thus the voltage ea of an AC power supply 01 and an actual ON/OFF duty ratio of a switching element and therefore the product of an ON period TON are kept constant with the generator 7. In other words, both the duty ration and the product of the ON period are kept adversely proportional to each other. Thus the control input that eliminates the change of the output of an ozonizer due to the variance of the input of the power supply is applied to said output of the ozonizer despite said variance of the power supply input. In such a way the output even with no conventional detection of current of a primary winding is stabilized.
