PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance and to enable the use of a curable binder and pigment, by heating a recording solution by irradiating the predetermined part of a film with laser beam and selectively emitting and flying the recording solution in minute recessed parts. CONSTITUTION:A recording solution is applied to a film having a large number of minute recessed parts to be supplied to the recessed parts and the film is irradiated with laser beam corresponding to an input signal to heat the recording solution in the recessed parts and said recording solution is emitted and flawn to a recording material from the minute recessed parts by the thermal expansion of the recording solution due to heating or energy due to the evaporation of the recording solution. Recording is performed by emitting and flying the recording solution in the minute recessed parts of the film only at necessary parts and the recording solution can be supplied only by again applying the recording solution to the surface of the film. That is, safe pigment and a resin can be used and printed matter excellent in solvent resistance can be obtained and the clogging due to the recording solution is extremely hard to generate and, even if clogging is generated, the washing and replacement of the film can be easily performed. |
