PURPOSE:To provide a constant flow rate valve which enables the generation of noise due to a difference between an incoming pressure and an outgoing pressure to be reduced to a very low value, by providing a buffer net to the secondary side of an orifice. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole 30 is opened through rotation of a handle 7, and fluid flows through a communicating hole 23 to an outlet. High pressure fluid from an inlet passes through the through-hole 30, and is controlled into a static flow and decreased in a pressure by a strainer 12 located on the primary side of a rubber orifice 9. Besides, the rubber orifice 9 made of silicone rubber being a flexible material is bent to the outlet port side for deformation responding to a fluctuation in a pressure on the inlet port side, and this enables a proper set flow rate of fluid to flow to the outlet port. The fluid flowing through the orifice 9 is controlled into a static current and decreased in a pressure by a buffer net 13 located on the secondary side of the rubber orifice 9, and this enables the generation of noise due to a difference in a pressure between the primary side and the secondary side of fluid flowing through the communicating hole 23 of a valve body 1 to be reduced to a low value. |
