PURPOSE:To control a blow-out direction by forming movable parts on both opposite wall surfaces near the blow-out port of a spiral casing with a driving member of a shape remembering alloy and an electrifying and heating part which controls the deformation of said driving member, and making both of said wall surfaces movable. CONSTITUTION:The wall surface 3 of a spiral casing 2 on a lip part 5 side near a blow-out port 6, and a movable part of a wall surface 4 opposite to the wall surface 3 are constructed in such a way that they can be operated by a driving member 10 of a shape remembering alloy. When the switch 12 of a power source 11 is turned on, the driving member 10 is self-heated and contracts, causing the wall surfaces 3, 4 to be displaced to 3', 4' by means of a varying board 9 which transmits the contraction, to direct a blow-out in the direction of A'. A connecting bar 13 connects the wall surface 4 to the wall surface 3 to transmit the displacement of the wall surface 4 to the wall surface 3. Thus, a blow-out direction can be varied without need for providing a control vane, etc. on the lower course side of the blow-out port 5, remarkably remedying increase in noise and decrease in air flow.
