PURPOSE:To improve learning speed by providing a grid axle correcting means for correcting learning correcting amount and at the same time correcting the grid axle sectioning a region in the direction where a means value of engine operating condition becomes the center of the region including the means value and rewriting. CONSTITUTION:A learning correcting amount correcting means H learns means value of deviation from the reference value of feedback correcting amount during the time of normal condition detecting when the condition is detected, and corrects learning correcting amount corresponding to the region of engine operating condition during the time to the direction where the means value is reduced. A grid axle correcting means J corrects learning correcting amount and at the same time corrects the grid axle sectioning the region to the direction where a means value of engine operating condition becomes the center of the region including the value and rewrites. Thus, matching of region setting is made easier and learning speed is improved.
