PURPOSE:To record the photograph video signal to recording media in a state that the density and color of the photograph image are accurately corrected by changing the pattern of an ND filter and a color correcting filter and forming so that the optical density can be a reverse grade for the shifting of the filter. CONSTITUTION:An ND filter 20 is a filter where the optical density changes for the rotating angle, a radial slit-shaped filter film is formed in the radius direction and the passing light quantity is changed in the logarithm curve. A color correcting filter 22 consists of three C, M and Y filters, and the optical density of respective color components is continuously changed for the rotating angle and in such a manner, a wedge-shaped filter film 302 is formed in the scroll shape. The pattern of the filter surface of the ND filter 20 and the color correcting filter 22 is formed so that they can be a reverse grade mutually, the illumination of an aperture 24 is made average, the density of the negative film and the dislocation of the color balance are calculated by the controller, the transmission light of the negative film goes to be the value set beforehand, and in such a manner, the ND filter 20 and color correcting filters C, M and Y 22 are driven.
