PURPOSE:To make changeable alloy elements except C at considerable change widths by pouring successively the required amt. of the common basic compsn. of intended plural steel kinds prepd. in a ladle into plural tundishes and adding required alloy elements in the form of a molten alloy into the respective molten steels. CONSTITUTION:The molten steel A having the basic compsn. common for, for example, the intended steel kinds B, C is prepd. in the ladle. The ladle is carried over a mold and the tundishes No.1 and No.2 are prepd. The molten steel A is first filled from the ladle into the tundish No.1 and the required amt. of the alloy of the elements Y and Z is added in the form of the molten ferro alloy to the molten steel. The molten steel is stirred by a gas stirrer in the bottom of the tundish No.1 and is thereby changed to the steel kind B, then the molten steel is cast. The ladle is transferred over the tundish No.2 and the molten steel A is filled in the tundish No.2 during this time. The molten ferro alloy is added thereto in the same manner as mentioned above to change the steel kind to B or C. The tundishes No.1 and No.2 which are respectively empty and contains the molten steel are then moved and the casting is executed by the latter. The molten steel A is again filled into the former.
