PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of boiling soup adhering to a surface which an element main body contacts to a cylinder hole by a method wherein the circumference of an upper end surface at the hole for an element inserting is formed on a lower surface than the flame surface of a burner and the circumference except an opposite side of the burner is covered with a wall having the height of the burner flame hole surface. CONSTITUTION:The element main body 1 fitted to the hole 9 for the element inserting is lower than the burner flame hole surface 7 at the upper end flat surface 8, therefore, the hole 9 becomes shallow. The distance till a clearance from the flame hole surface 7 to the hole for the element inserting and the element main body 1 becomes long due to the wall 10, therefore, the invasion of the boiling soup becomes small. Even in case it is invaded, the fixing power due to the drying of the boiling soup becomes small, as a result, the element main body can dismount easily. Accordingly, even in case the large amount of the boiling soup are generated, it does not come up to the tip end part of the element indirectly while the deterioration of the element main body and the impossibility of the dismounting due to the adhesion of the element for the burner surface may not be caused.
