PURPOSE:To equalize the physical properties of rubber after vulcanization and to improve the performance of a tire by a method wherein the thickness of the tire in the direction of a section at an area in contact with a green tire in a vulcanization process is set to be smaller in an area corresponding to the part where temperature in a vulcanizing chamber rises slower than in an area corresponding to the part where it rises rapidly. CONSTITUTION:The bladder thickness G1, G2 in area A corresponding to the part in which temperature rised most slowly in a vulcanizing chamber is set to be smaller than the bladder thickness G3 in area C corresponding to a part in which temperature rises more slowly, or, the bladder thickness G3 in area C is set to be smaller than the bladder thicknesses G4, G5 in area B corresponding to a part in which temperature rises very rapidly. In this way, the bladder thickness in the direction of the section is set to be small in an area corresponding to a part in which temperature in the vulcanizing chamber in vulcanization rises slowly, and set to be large in an area corresponding to a part in which temperature there rises rapidly. At each structural position of a tire the rate of vulcanization of each corresponding area in the direction of the section of the tire is equalized, the physical properties of rubber also is homogenized, the tendency of excessive vulcanization disappears and accordingly homogeneity of tire gauge is elevated.
