PURPOSE:To free as much as possible from sticking and fouling caused by oil contaminated vapor and make very easily for a cleaning work, besides, provide with an improved ventilating device with a higher rate of a ventilating performance by a method wherein in a gap between primary and secondary suction cylinders, a specific rectifying stream fin is provided, by which an exhaust air are forcibly formed spirally shaped vortex. CONSTITUTION:A primary suction cylinder 2, whose tip-end of a discharging opening is extruded to outdoor, a secondary suction cylinder 3, which is situated inside the above cylinder 2 keeping a gap 4, and its tip-end of a discharging opening is positioned more inner side than that of the primary one 2 and also its rear-end suction opening is opened to indoor side, an exhaust-fan 6, whose exhaust air passing through the gap 4 between the above cylinders 2, 3 and discharging out of the tip-end discharging opening 2a, and rectifying stream fin 11, which is provided with a plurality of fins and installed in the gap 4 toward a tangential direction against the tip-end discharging opening 2a of the primary suction cylinder 2, are provided in the ventilating device. This rectifying stream fin 11 is installed toward a tangential direction against the tip-end discharging opening 2a of the primary suction cylinder 2, making air in the gap 4 into a spirally shaped vortex and discharging out. At the same time, an exhaust vapor from a kitchen 10 or the like is sucked by the air stream passed through the gap 4, is becoming a vortex stream and discharged out.
