PURPOSE:To decrease the manual work and to improve the production efficiency, by winding a coil wire by a method in which, after a guide line having a higher rigidity than the extremely small-gage coil wire is once passed through an extremely small hole, it is only required for providing any desired number of windings to rotate the loop formed of the guide line. CONSTITUTION:A guide line is inserted through a core hole 2 in a core 1 of a magnetic head, and the ends of the line are connected together to form a loop 4a. An end of a coil wire 3 drawn out from a bobbin 5 is secured to a point of the loop 4a and the loop 4a is rotated with respect to the core 1 such that the point where the coil wire 3 is secured passes through the core hole 2 for predetermined times. In this manner, the coil wire 3 is wound on one side of the core hole 2. After the loop 4a is turned to the opposite side by 180 deg.C, the loop 4a is similarly rotated with respect to the core 1, so that the coil wire 3 is wound on the other side of the core hole 2. Finally, the loop 4a is cut off at an appropriate point and removed. According to this method, a magnetic head having a coil wire 3 passed through the core hole 2 and wound on both the sides thereof in a predetermined number of turns can be obtained. |
