PURPOSE:To stabilize the rotation speed of an output shaft, by a method wherein a spring material, through which a transmission ring is coupled to a transmission ring holder, is located therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A transmission ring 7, which is brought into common frictional engagement with the conical surfaces of plural conical rotators 5, is moved in the direction of an axis, and through variation of the effective radius of the transmission ring 7, transmission is effected. Further, the transmission ring 7 is coupled to a transmission ring holder 8 through a spring material 11, and a decrease in the rotation speed of an output shaft 3 due to an increase in load torque is prevented from occurring. This constitution enables stabilization of the rotation speed of the output shaft 3. |
