PURPOSE:To obtain the edge which is small in the non-linearity distortion for the up and down vibration, has a suitable machine loss, has a damping action, does not have permeability, is light and low in cost by blow-molding the polyester elastomer provided with a crystalline polyester part and a non-crystalline polyester part in the molecule chain. CONSTITUTION:The polyester elastomer raw material provided with the crystalline polyester part (hard segment) and the non-crystalline polyether part (soft segment) in the molecule chain is blow-molded. Thus, since the crystalline polyester part (hard segment) reveals the hardness and the non-crystalline polyether (soft segment) reveals the softness, by changing and synthesizing the rate of both segments, the elastic ratio and the mechanical loss can be optionally changed. An edge 6 composed by blow-molding such an elastomer, due to the absorption of the abnormal sound and the linear characteristic in the relation of a good displacement stress, satisfies the conditions that the edge is small in a non-linearity distortion, has a damping action, does not have permeability, is light and low in cost. |
