GENERATING UNIT BY MEANS OF UNSTABLE ENERGY SOURCE

PURPOSE:To stabilize operation by detecting the velocity of an energy source and the number of revolution of a generator and controlling the output of said generator in accordance with the smaller one of the detected output control signal. CONSTITUTION:A first output control signal generator 8 generates an output control signal A corresponding to a wind velocity on receiving a signal from a wind velocity detecting device 9, while a second output control signal generator 10 generates an output control signal B corresponding to the number of revolution of a generator. Both of the signals A, B are compared by a comparing amplifier 11, and the smaller signal of the two is outputted and given to an outer control unit 6, to control the output of a generator 2. Thereby, a stable operation can be carried out from an unstable energy source.
