PURPOSE:To achieve high accuracy and high performance bending work by providing the 3-roll bending work device with a measuring mechanism to obtain results of bending work. CONSTITUTION:The measuring mechanism consists of a support member 7 carrying two fixed probes 5a and 5b and a linear scale 6, a base plate 10 which can travel toward the work and carries the support member 7 in such a manner that the support member 7 can swivel in the horizontal plane in which the linear scale 6 sent out and back, and a moment is given to the support member 7 by the spring 17 to resist the deflection caused at the time of contact of the fixed probes 5a and 5b with the work and a swivel stopper 11 located at an appropriate position on the base plate 10, and the motor cylinder 15 to force out the ram which is connected through the spring 17 with the base plate 10 which is movable toward the work and relative to the ram. In addition, the limit switch 19 which detect the contact of the fixed probes 5a and 5b and the linear scale 6 with the work to stop the motor cylinder 15 and an arithmetic/display device to receive the displacement of the linear scale 6 as electric signals and calculate the bending radius of the work. |
