PURPOSE:To improve profitability and safety by stopping both auxiliary gas blowing and laser beam irradiation with a temporary stop command and restarting the auxiliary gas blowing, the laser beam irradiation and then numerical control operation sequentially to resume a machining operation. CONSTITUTION:A relay sequential control circuit provides the first memory circuit 1 storing and maintaining commands for stopping and starting the auxiliary gas blowing and the second memory circuit 3 for stopping and starting laser beam irradiation. Closing either contact SBK, OPS or others for the temporary stop of a circuit 5 actuates a relay MS and a relay MS(b1) in the circuit 2 to stop the auxiliary gas blowing. Then, a relay MS(b2) in a circuit 4 is actuated to stop the laser beam irradiation. To resume machining operation, a command contact CS in the circuit 6 is actuated to restart the gas blowing, the laser beam irradiation and a control operation sequentially. Thus the losses of the gas blowing and the laser beam irradiation are eliminated, achieving the profitability and safety are improved. |
