PURPOSE:To make the fitting screws for a supporting section unnecessary by a method wherein a partition plate is fixed by a partition plate pressing projecting from a tank cover. CONSTITUTION:The partition pressings 11 are fitted in opposition to respective support sections 5a of the tank cover 10 made of synthetic resin which closes the upper part of the tank. Checks 15 from the end surface of the respective partitions 8a are formed on the partition plate pressing contacting section 14 between the supporting plates 5a and the partition pressings 11 whereby they are given a spring function. According to this method, the partitions 8a are installed by putting it on the supporting parts 5a and the tank cover is fitted while the partitions 8a are fixed between the supporting parts 5a by the partition plate pressings 8a.
