PURPOSE:To perform quickly the analysis of a trouble and to study a cause thereof when it occurs by monitoring the transmission/reception data on the 1st plural communication circuits via the 2nd type of circuit adaptor and reporting the monitor results. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 6 is included in a communication control part 1 which controls the 1st type of circuit adaptor 411-41n, the 2nd type of circuit adaptor 42, a memory 7 and input/output channel adaptor 8. The part 1 receives an indication from a data processor 2 via an input/output channel signal line 10 and monitors the transmission/reception data transferred via the designated one of communication circuits 511-51n. Then the information obtained through said monitor is reported to the processor 2. Thus the part 1 can always monitor the transmission/reception data on the circuit to which the monitor is needed.
