PURPOSE:To increase the working speed of a bipolar nonlinear circuit by connecting the 1st output contact of a differential circuit to the base of an emitter follower transistor EHT and supplying a current to the 2nd output contact of the differential circuit from the emitter of the EHT. CONSTITUTION:A current source IE is connected to the emitters BRT 1 and 2 of a high-speed clamp circuit to form a differential circuit D. The clamp clock voltage VC is applied to the base of the 1st BPT 1 with the DC voltage VDC applied to the base of the 2nd BPT 2 respectively. The source IE consists of a BPT 7A which receives the application of the DC voltage VDC 2 at its base and a resistance RE which connects the emitter of the source IE and the 1st power supply VSS. The 1st output contact 01 of the circuit D which serves as the collector of the BPT 1 is connected to the 2nd power supply VDD via a resistance RC, then, to the base of an EHT 8. Then, the emitter of the EHT 8 is connected to the 2nd contact 02 of the circuit D which serves as the collector of the BPT 2. |
