PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device which enables continuous production and improves the quality at low cost by a method wherein a pallet is provided with container mounting plates, and a holding plate is provided over the pallet main body; then, inserters are sticked, kept still, and at the same time uniformed in their one-ends. CONSTITUTION:Container mounting plates 1 with containers 2 fixed to a thin plate are inserted to rail-like holes 4 of a pallet 3 and locked with machine screws 5 furnished on the pallet 3. Therefore, an epoxy series solution 6 is cast automatically into the containers 2. Inserters 7 are automatically lowered on the pallet 3 in the next step, sticked into the cuts 10 in the upper part of a holding plate 9 supported by being fitted to a groove 8 on top of the pallet 3, and kept at a required level. In this situation, a magnetic substance 11 installed at one end of the pallet 3 attracts the end surface 12 of the inserter 7 made of a magnetic substance 4 and stops it on the plane of the magnetic substance 11; therefore, the position of the inserters 7 comes into uniformity of all pieces arranged on the pallet 3 on the same basis. |
