PURPOSE:To provide with air containing a limited a few amount of dusts and release from a constraint for procurement of a separate space of site for installing an equipment by a method wherein at an upper position of a division wall, a ventilating hole for communicating through a power transforming equipment chamber and a battery equipment chamber, further, another ventilating hole for communicating through from the battery equipment chamber to outdoor, are respectively provided. CONSTITUTION:From under floor space 1610 a ventilating air is flowing into a chamber 1621 through a ventilating hole 1618 and moving upward due to a chimney drafting effect in a chamber 1621 and discharging through a ventilating hole 1613 to outdoor, by which a natural circulation of ventilation utilizing a cold air from the under floor space 1610 is performed. At the portion closing to a division wall 1611, a proper ventilating hole 1615, communicating through the under floor space 1610, is provided, while, by utilizing a ventilating hole 1612 provided at an upper position of the division wall 1611, the cooled air from the under floor space is communicating through the next chamber 1621. On a trestle 21 provided closely to the front surface of the division wall 1611 in the chamber 1621, a lead-acid battery 2 is anchored, on the other hand, an inverter 3 is anchored on a trestle 31 by keeping a space between the trestle and the front surface of the division wall 1611 of the chamber 1622, so that a cooling air, coming from the under floor space 1610 passing through the ventilating hole 1615, may pass through the both sides of the inverter device 3 for the cooling purpose.
