PURPOSE:To make positioning performable in an easy manner on a feed conveyor, by mounting a bottomed roller conveyor case on a rotary member inside a main case fitted with a positioning jig, in case of a positioning device in pallet type conveyor operation. CONSTITUTION:When a work 1 being dislocated to the center of a roller conveyor 3 is mounted on a pallet 2 and conveyed onto the roller conveyor 3, the pallet 2 is locked by positioning pins 9 and 10. With this, a feeder terminal 8 operates a cylinder 15, coming into contact with a conductive part of the pallet 2, thus power supply takes place. Next, each rod of cylinders 7A and 7B of a main case 6 retracts whereby a roller conveyor case 4 is made movable on a ball caster 5, then positioning cylinders 11 and 12 are made to go forward, correcting the position. With this constitution, positioning is easily performable on a feed conveyor. |
