PURPOSE:To enable storage of necessary prescribed log-out information by storing log-out informations of different kinds in the same log-out area and displaying information required to be preserved on a directory. CONSTITUTION:When carrying out log-out in an extended log-out mode, vacant area is found by searching a directory and extended log-out informations are stored in the block of a corresponding log-out storage area. The extended log- out informations are stored in plural blocks and the directories are split so as to correspond to the blocks. When the log-out storage area is filled completely with the log-out information, new log-out information is stored after destruction of the information starting from the oldest one by referring to the generation information stored in the directories. Those indicated on the direct ory to be stored are preserved without destruction. |
