PURPOSE:A magnetic sealer that is obtained by using polyolefin polyol of low molecular weight, a softening agent with good compatibility, polyisocyanate, a catalyst and a magnetic substance, curing the composition and magnetizing it, thus being suitable for use to prevent liquid or gas from coming in from outside. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin polyol of low molecular weight is mixed with a softening agent of paraffinic process oil which is highly compatible to the polyol, in a large amount, further a curing agent of a polyisocyanate such as 4,4'- diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a catalyst of tin octylate. At the same time, a magnetic substance such as barium ferrite is dispersed in the above-stated composition. Then, the composition is cured and magnetized to give the objective sealer. The above-mentioned softening agent is a petroleum oil and 100pts.wt. of the polyol is preferably mixed with 500-1,200pts.wt. of the petroleum oil.
