PURPOSE:To prevent production of defective glass tube by providing the buffering function to a conveyor communicating between the sealing process and the following process thereby continuing the sealing process upon malfunction of the following process. CONSTITUTION:Buffering function is provided to a carrying conveyor 3 communicating between an exhauster 5 and a sealing machine 2, to take out the glass tube 4 in the sealing machine 2 temporarily to the conveyor 3, to stop automatically at the time point when the buffering mechanism of conveyor 3 is fulfilled through utilization of normally unused side of conveyor 3 as a buffering mechanism. Upon abrupt stoppage of exhauster 5, the glass tube 5 is broken at the delivery section between the conveyor 3 and the exhauster 5 thereby the delivery section between the conveyor 3 and the exhauster 5 thereby the delivery mechanism is disabled to serve the conveyor 3 at normally unused side as a buffer thus to take out the glass tube 4 in the sealing machine entirely and to stop the conveyor 3 automatically. Consequently, the sealing process can be continued even upon malfunction of the following process resulting in prevension of defective glass tube. |
