It is characterised in that it consists of a substantially spherical core 3 whose outer surface 5 has at least one hollowed cavity inside which is accommodated a disc 6 provided with the distinctive sign 2 of the ball and which has a shape corresponding to that of the cavity 4 so that it at least partially fills it and so that its outer surface 7 continues the outer surface 5 of the core 3.
